THE JAMES PAPPOUTSAKIS FLUTE COMPETITION

THE 28^th ANNUAL COMPETITION 2007/2008

Open to all flutists enrolled and studying flute at any of the following schools during the Fall semester 2007: Berklee College of Music, Boston Conservatory of Music, Boston University, Longy School of Music and New England Conservatory of Music.

The First Prize Winner will receive a cash award of $2,000, a gift certificate from Music Espresso, and will perform in concert. The William H. Grass Memorial Prize Winner will receive a cash award of $1,000 and a gift certificate from Falls House Press. The other finalists will receive a gift certificate from Yesterday Service.

Final Auditions: Sunday, February 10, 2PM in Williams Hall, New England Conservatory, 290 Huntington Ave, Boston.
